I think we used the options to ask a question about a form already submitted and then said that we couldn't find our receipt number. We actually had it right there, but every time we entered it, it was rejected. Once we did all that, we had a person on the line within 2 minutes! Of course, we spent probably 10 minutes wading through the menu trying to find the right options in that super long main menu!
